  Thank you very much for your help in assisting me solve my display
  problems.
  Turns out the silk print on the motherboard for the graphics card
  display is BOTH backwards AND upside down! Something not
  adequately disclosed from ReprapDiscount.
  I want to fix this for everyone.  The RUMBA and the Full Graphic
  Smart Controller are good ideas poorly implemented.
  Not to mention support from Reprapdiscount is essentially
  nonexistent.
  I am currently finishing developement of a Universal 3D
  Workstation which utilizes swappable components which will: 
  1)  Allow 3d printing in plastic using 1, 2, or 3 heads;
  2)  Print direct printing of 3d structures in a unique metal
  compound;
  3)  The ability to interweave metal and plastic printing in one
  object;
  4)  Integrated router, which allows the printed object to the
  precisely machined.  Specifically to print a 3d metal structure
  and finish the design with precision machining operations.  Also
  works with wood.
  5)  Mig welding attachment for building 3d structures by applying
  alternating layers of metal.  True steel 3d printed structures!
  6)  Laser etching
  7)  Open archetacture.  The end users can customize the Universal
  3D Workstation for their specific needs.
  All within a home budget. 
  WHAT I NEED:
  An electrical engineer familiar with RUMBA who would like to be
  paid to fix and improve the RUMBA.
  It will be called the RUMBA+.
  Do you know anyone who can help?
