我在使用的机器上遇到了一个问题,其中 z 轴步进驱动器正在接收脉冲并在不应该移动的时候移动。我只看到当 x 轴向负方向移动并且 y 轴同时向正方向移动时会发生这种情况。在这种移动过程中,z 轴步进驱动器有时会一次拾取 1-3 个脉冲,在长时间运行过程中逐渐使其偏离位置。

为了我的目的,我已经能够解决这个问题,但是关于可能导致它的原因有什么想法吗?

您的构建、设置或 gcode 没有异常。这可能是电路中的电噪声。屏蔽并使供电电线远离低压导线。还要检查您的系统是否接地良好。
