在我的 GUI 上工作时,我发现当喷雾和洪水冷却剂都启用并且都打开时,它们无法关闭,直到同时发出 0xA0 和 0xA1。此外,如果 0xA0 和 0xA1 命令的发送不正确,它们将无效。如果在没有打开另一个的情况下单独打开薄雾或洪水,一切正常。当两者同时打开时会出现问题。
注意:我手边没有仪表,所以我不能说这是否只是报告并且引脚功能正常,或者引脚是否也没有切换。

这是一系列状态报告,其中插入了发送切换以显示问题和一些注释的位置。

在上面,注意 flood toggle 在 mist 之前尝试了 4 次,mist 尝试了 3 次。如果我做了 4 次雾化,那么最后一次洪水切换仍然不会关闭。

好,谢谢。绝对是一个错误。幸运的是,我一直在研究另一个主轴覆盖错误,它们彼此非常接近。所以,我将能够同时测试和修复这些问题。

@109JB: 想多了。g 代码标准没有任何冷却剂的切换开关。M9 禁用冷却剂命令会同时禁用 M7 和 M8,无论其中一个或两个是否启用。我想问题是:覆盖切换是否应该以相同的方式运行?或者允许您分别禁用一个或另一个?我倾向于后者。

我同意。虽然在 G 代码中 M9 将两者都关闭,但我看不出 Grbl 中的切换需要以相同的方式操作。我个人更喜欢 Grbl 开关单独操作。

此外,我可以看到将一种或另一种用于与冷却剂不同的东西,在这种情况下,让肘节独立运行将是有益的。
